We provide complete dehumidifier supply, installation, testing and commissioning services for commercial, industrial, healthcare, laboratory, warehouse and specialised environments. Our range includes portable floor-standing dehumidifiers, wall-mounted dehumidifiers, ceiling-mounted dehumidifiers, refrigerant dehumidifiers and desiccant dehumidifiers. Every application has different humidity conditions. We assess the room size, temperature, existing ventilation, moisture load and required relative humidity (RH) before recommending a suitable dehumidification solution.
Portable dehumidifiers provide a flexible solution for temporary or permanent humidity control. These units can be easily positioned within the affected area and are particularly suitable where fixed installation or ducting is not required.
Depending on the model, condensate water can be collected in an internal tank or continuously discharged through a drain hose. Portable units are also suitable for equipment rental and emergency drying applications
Wall-mounted dehumidifiers provide a permanent and space-saving humidity-control solution. The equipment is installed above floor level, keeping valuable floor space clear while continuously controlling room humidity.
Units can be provided with permanent condensate drainage for continuous unattended operation.
Ceiling-mounted dehumidifiers are ideal where floor and wall space is limited or where a discreet installation is preferred. The unit can be installed above a false ceiling or suspended from the building structure, depending on site conditions. Air can be supplied directly into the room or distributed through ductwork and diffusers.
Our installation scope can include the dehumidifier, supports, drain piping, ductwork, flexible connections, supply/return grilles and control system.
Refrigerant dehumidifiers operate by drawing humid air across a cooled coil. Moisture in the air condenses into water and is collected or discharged through the drainage system. The dried air is then returned to the room. Refrigerant technology is generally suitable for applications operating at normal indoor temperatures where moderate to low relative humidity is required.
For applications requiring very low relative humidity or operation under lower-temperature conditions, we provide desiccant dehumidification systems. Desiccant dehumidifiers use a moisture-adsorbing rotor or desiccant material to remove water vapour directly from the air. Unlike conventional refrigerant systems, desiccant technology can maintain effective moisture removal at low temperatures and is particularly suitable for demanding industrial processes.
The system can be designed according to the required temperature, RH or dew-point condition.
For larger facilities, we can provide centralised dehumidification systems connected to dedicated supply and return air ductwork. A centralised system allows conditioned dry air to be distributed evenly throughout a large room or across multiple areas.
Centralised systems are particularly suitable for large warehouses, manufacturing facilities, laboratories and controlled storage environments.
We provide an end-to-end service from initial assessment to commissioning.
Before recommending equipment, we can assess:
This information allows us to determine the appropriate dehumidification capacity and system configuration.
Selecting a dehumidifier based only on room floor area may result in an undersized or oversized system.
Room Volume + Temperature + Existing RH + Target RH + Ventilation + Air Leakage + Internal Moisture Load + Operating Conditions
Depending on project requirements, our installation services can include:
All installation requirements are assessed according to site conditions and equipment specifications.
Our dehumidifiers can be configured for automatic operation based on the required RH setpoint. For example, where a facility requires 50% RH ±5%, the system can automatically operate according to the measured room humidity. When RH rises above the configured control point, the dehumidifier operates to remove moisture. When the required condition is achieved, the system reduces capacity or stops according to its control logic. This provides more efficient operation compared with continuous uncontrolled running.
For critical applications, we can provide independent temperature and relative humidity monitoring systems.
Data logging is particularly useful for warehouses, laboratories, archives and controlled-storage facilities where environmental records are required.
Selected dehumidifier models can be integrated with a Building Management System (BMS).
This allows facility teams to monitor the dehumidification system from a central location.
High humidity in warehouses can contribute to:
For large warehouses, we can assess the building volume, ventilation, door openings and moisture infiltration before designing an appropriate system. Solutions may include multiple standalone units or a high-capacity centralised ducted system.
Laboratories and specialised facilities may require tighter humidity control than conventional commercial areas.
Where very low RH or dew point is required, a desiccant dehumidifier may be recommended instead of a conventional refrigerant system.
We also provide dehumidification solutions for temporary drying following:
Portable dehumidifiers can be combined with air movers and air scrubbers to accelerate controlled drying. Where necessary, moisture measurements and RH/temperature monitoring can be carried out to track drying progress.
After installation, we can conduct system testing and commissioning, including:
The system is then adjusted according to the required operating conditions.
Regular servicing helps maintain dehumidification performance and equipment reliability.
Preventive maintenance schedules can be arranged according to equipment type and operating conditions.
For temporary requirements, we can also provide portable and industrial dehumidifier rental solutions, subject to equipment availability.
Short-term and longer-term rental arrangements can be provided according to project requirements.
We provide more than equipment supply. Our complete dehumidification service can cover:
Site Assessment → System Sizing → Equipment Selection → Supply → Installation → Ducting & Drainage → Controls → Testing → Commissioning → Maintenance
We provide solutions for both simple portable applications and larger engineered humidity-control systems.
Whether you require a portable floor-standing unit, wall-mounted dehumidifier, ceiling-mounted system, refrigerant dehumidifier or industrial desiccant dehumidifier, we can recommend a solution based on your actual operating requirements.
